Discussion boards should be treated as gradable assignments which would include:

1. automatic entry in the gradebook.
2. listing as a learning activity in the Planner. 

We need to be able to override quiz grades in the gradebook. Sometimes a student needs their grade changed in a graded quiz because of a poorly written question or some other problem. We would like to be able to either 1)manually override an individual question's grade (which then recalculates the final quiz grade) or 2) manually override the overall grade.
