We wish to be able to create a default staff dashboard which pupils are not allowed to see.  This will enable us to publish the weekly staff bulletin in a bulletin on the default dashboard so staff see it straight away and do not have to open a file or click a link.

We would also create a default pupil dashboard which staff can see.
