Member Account

In order to become a registered member of the it's learning Idea Portal, you must create an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us and to update such data as necessary. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your information is inaccurate we may suspend or terminate your account and prohibit you from any use of the site. You agree not to use any user name that is obscene, defamatory, or derogatory. If we issue you a password, you will not share it with others. You agree to notify it's learning immediately of any unauthorized use of your user name and/or password and any other suspected breach of security regarding the website. You are responsible for changing your password if you believe that it has been stolen or might otherwise be misused. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of your user name and/or password.

Posting of Ideas to it's learning Idea Portal

As a member, you may submit content to it's learning Idea Portal. You are solely responsible for any feature information, idea or other submission that you upload, publish, display, or link to on or through the portal, or transmit to or share with it's learning or other users (“Ideas”). We have no ability to control Ideas posted on the website, but we reserve the right to modify or remove, at our discretion, any Ideas posted by you to the portal. By posting Ideas to any part of the portal you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary rights to post such Ideas and such posting does not infringe any third party’s rights. Please make sure that you only provide information that you are allowed to provide without violating any obligations you might have towards a third party, including any confidentiality obligations. Please do not provide any information that you are not allowed to share with others, including by contract or law; please note that any information you provide will be accessible by every User of it's learning Idea Portal.

By submitting your Ideas, you acknowledge and agree that it's learning is under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Ideas and has no obligation to return anything submitted, respond to, or confirm receipt of your Ideas. You warrant that no other person or corporation has a property interest in the submitted Ideas. You understand and acknowledge that it's learning may itself be developing and creating similar Ideas, and/or that it's learning may have received or may someday receive similar Ideas from others, and that existing or planned products and services independently developed without use of your Idea may contain Ideas or concepts similar or identical to those you submit. You understand and agree that your submission of your Ideas does not create any obligation for it's learning to implement or incorporate them in future products or releases or otherwise take any other action based on your submitted Ideas. By submitting ideas, you hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey all title and ownership of the Ideas, including any and all intellectual property rights arising therefrom, to it's learning, and it's learning shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of the Ideas for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You understand and agree that the full and complete consideration for your submission is it's learning undertaking to consider your Ideas for possible future use, incorporation, and/or implementation in products.

As used in this section, "you" or "your" shall include the company or other entity with which you are employed or otherwise affiliated, to the extent such entity owns or otherwise has rights in the Ideas you are submitting for posting. You represent that you are authorized by your company to submit your Ideas for posting.
