It should be possible for teachers to see how much homework their students have in other courses (even though the teahcer has no access to those courses). The reason for this is that a teacher needs to know how how much work the students have on a certain day or week in order to portion the amount of work he or she gives. Furthermore, the mentor should also have this overview.

The timestamp (date + time) is to show when teachers added the homework for the students on IL diary. The timestamp is to have a prove that teachers added the homework in time so that students can plan their homework ahead and make it timely.
