When updating a file for download with a new version of the file, the confirmation page deletes whatever text I had entered into the 'Comment' block (on Firefox at least). It should really just keep the old text and allow me to edit it if necessary, rather than insisting on me generating new text or finding a round-about way of recoving the old comment.
