Export to Excel must cope with norwegian (and other non-standard) characters. It's also mandatory to have a print function. We need to print ILPs so that parents can sign goals for juridic purposes.

The mentor should be getting some sort of "heads up" (ie. a message or an email) whenever a pupil or a parent comment an ILP.

It would be nice if you could link to tasks in courses from the ILP, just like you do in the lesson planner. One possible solution could be that you browsed the learning objective library from the ILP. When selecting a learning objective, you would get all the assignements, tests etc. that was linked to that learning objective.
