tag as <title> tag

The <title> tag in itslearning is always the word "itslearning". If a user has more than one window or tab open with itslearning it's confusing with several windows/tabs with the same name.
My idea is to allways use the content of the <h1> tag together with the word "itslearning" as the content for the <title> tag.
For whom do we solve a problem :For all users the has more than one window/tab open in the browser.Why solve this problem? :Safes time and confusion for users while switching between windows or tabs.
