The mentor should have the same Dashboard functionalities as the Parent. i.e. a Mentor Dashboard with content blocks

this dashboard should be available in the Mentor tab

Agreed, mentor role is hard to use and administrate. Absolutely not user-friendly. This would go a long way to fix the use of the mentor role
