In Test 2.0 there are two different scoring methods:
- With penalty: Give a penalty for incorrect or incomplete answers - useful in exams and formal tests. The penalty may prevent participants from guessing.
- Without penalty: All correct answers are rewarded - useful for training and motivation.
We suggest a third method:
- Without penalty but only counting/rewarding answers that are marked by the user. Following this method in a multiple choice-answer the answer alternatives, that are correctly left unmarked by the user, will only give him 0 point.
In our experience this is how users expect the method 'Without penalty' to work.
