As a school, we have a number of rooms and laptop trolleys that we would like to make available for booking online. The calendar isn't the best way of doing this as it is cumbersome and we've not found an easy way of restricting the calendar to write only (staff can, if they so choose, delete other staff entries in favour of their own!) We're looking for similar functionality to conference room booking software, allowing us to specify facilities available for booking and manage the recurrence and timing of the bookings (we don't run an on-the-hour timetable.)

This really should be a top priority! It's a rather basic functionality, isn't it!
I've managed to use google calendar for this purpose ant integrated it in It's learning, but it's still a bit ackward - and needs another logon!

An awesome idea. We currently have a room booking system at our school however the option to move it to IT's Learning would be really well recieved as it's one less login for people to remember.
