A calculator is always handy, but I don't see why the It's Learning team should spend time on this; the average web user already has a lot of quick, free tools at hand. I would recommend the Google Calculator for simple questions (just type in your calculation and press enter in a google search), and for more advanced stuff, try Wolfram Alpha. What It's Learning could try to do, is integrate the calculator in these services into its interface, but I can't see why this would be necessary either. Any web user should be able to use tabs.
