And we need to be able so sort out accounts with huge storages. Some people up their own storage quotas and fill their subjects with audio and video files. We need to find them and get them to adjust their accounts...

As an administrator I'm able to set quotas for user based on profile, BUT that seem to only have effect on new users added to the site! We need to reduce all the students quotas to get under a certain level, and as I see it, the only possibility we have is to manually edit each of every 1500 users - I don't have that amount of spare time!
