Sending message to several groups at once

Categories: User Experience and User InterfacesWhen I want to send a message to more groups at once, I can't check more than one group (when using hierarchy). This means I have to go through the whole hierarchy for every group I want to add to my To field.
When I see the list of groups, it would be very convenient that there are boxes to check, so I can add groups easily (these boxes are there when I see the students that belong to a group).
For whom do we solve a problem :For everybody who wants to send a message to more than one group at once.Why solve this problem? :Sending a message to more groups as once is now a time-consuming action, with this idea, it will take less time!
