Early Years interface, access to email.

Teachers want children to use the Early Years theme and also allow them access to email.

Would be good if we could give the option of email or not when using the Early Years theme.

Fix "Date" header handling

You will not be able to answer e-mails received by POP3/IMAP if the "Date" header is invalid. Please fix this.
