Schools often use courses as communities, libraries and the like. And as members of a teachers' community all teachers are given the teacher role.
Unfortunately this means, that all members have the right to delete and to archive the course.
As some of these communities/libraries have maybe 100 members, there is a good risk that some of them one day would feel like deleting or archiving the course.
To prevent that it would be nice, if a course administrator could give only some of the teachers - or none of them - the permission to archive or delete the course.
Ability to download all files in a location as i.g. a zip file

One thing I really miss from ClassFronter at UiB, is the ability to download all files in one location as a zip archive. On It'sLearning, we have to download one file at a time, which can be quite time consuming if there are many files in one location.
For example, here at HiST Fysioterapi, we have a large collection of articles in one of our courses (20 or so articles). All these articles are in PDF, and I want to download them so that I can view them offline on my mac. To do this, I will have to first hit the name of the article, and then the "download "filename.pdf". That will be 40 clikcs and a lot of work just to download them, when I instead could have hit a "download folder contents as zip archive" button and had them all instantly in my download location
