At the end of a school year, all our pupils are moved to It's learning's trash can. When the next school year begins, the pupils are moved out of the trash can and all thier courses restored.
About 1/3 of these pupils are finished with school, but the other 2/3 are not. The It's learning import job should take this into account as it is the case for most educational institutions. The majority of pupils continue, the minoraty do not.
When the pupils are placed in the trash can, the number of participants in a Course drops to 1 (at best) and to 0 if the teacher no longer works there. This gives the impression that the Course is no longer in use.

Most teachers have a wealth of material that is held in public areas on a network, laptops, memory keys etc. The ability to upload multiple files that retain their folder structure would give teachers a head start with it's learning, resulting in higher uptake levels. The current 32MB limit is very restrictive.
Drag and drop functionality is highly desirable here
