User search - screen layout issues

This only a small thing but it would be really good if all the user search forms throughout the system used the same layout. My preferred sequence is First Name then Last Name. and in the tick list of profiles, it would be good to have a tick box for 'ALL' This would help people to get results from their searches instead of 'no results'. Bulletin boards - deleted bulletins

From time to time news "disappear" from the bulletin boards. As they can be of great importance and vital for the school, we want to prevent this from happening.
It's our suspicion that users delete the news - possibly without realising the consequences for other users.
We therefore have two suggestions:
1. The text which asks the user: "Do you really want to delete this bulletin?" is expanded with text that explains to the user, that if he chooses to delete the bulletin, it will disappear from the bulletin board and not be visible for any user at all.
2. Deleted news kan be found in the administrator's trashcan and restored.Add a GD Delete-button in the Exam-trashcan

After you have deleted exams and they are done with the quarantine period, there is actually no way to delete these exams permanently!
Add a Delete-button!

Currently it's not possible to upload files larger than 50 Mb in My Webfiles.
Could the maximum be enlarged to 200 Mb?Add tags to files so that they are searchable

On new web sites/document management systems you have the ability to add tags to all content so that it is easily searchable.
An example would be 'Joints in woodwork'. If you did a boolean search for 'joints' and 'woodwork' you would get a list of resources on the VLE that have these tags. This greatly aids searching across differnet departments for resources related to a specific topic.
Another example is this website - everything is tagged - why haven't we got this facility on the VLE?

The answer to Open Questions vary from student to student. Sometimes it has to commented to provide student with a correcitve idea. I miss that feature in the platform.

It would be great if it would be possible (for admins) to search on USER-ID.
Example:
https--files.itslearning.com-data-123-456
ID: 123 is the school ID
ID: 456 is the user IDI would like a option to search users on the item USER_ID, in the example the number 456.
In some cases students abuse It's Learning for several things, they put agressive messages in the portfolio, they play flash games through the portfolio etc etc. In those cases, it is very hard to find a student who is behind these things. Mostly we only can see a line as in the example above. That is 1 of the reasons i really would like a search option User-ID.

Is it possible to have a photo gallery feature? We take a lot of photos and can't find an easy way to upload more than one photo at a time! From one event I have more than 200 photos and this isn't likely to be the only time I'll take photos.
Something like Coppermine Photo Gallery - http://coppermine-gallery.net/ - would be great!
Easy identification of group of users' email-address and other information

As an administrator (and maybe as a teacher in a course) I would like be able to look up the registered mail-adresses of a group (eg. a course) without having to look in every single user's information.
I need a list of the users containing essential information (first and family name, telephone and mailaddress and so on).
The solution should include a list like the one you get in 'Administration' > 'User and access rights' > 'Print in list format' - but with sorting possibilities.
